I know many states now have restrictions on using your cell phone while driving and folks simply have to wear headsets to talk on the phone, but is it necessary to wear them at all times? I’m talking to you, Mark Wahlberg!

There’s something so douche-tastic about wearing a headset 24 hours a day. But, what can you expect from the man who created Entourage? I will give him a pass because his other hand is carrying something rather important: his son, Brendan. Mark’s wife, Rhea Durham is expecting the couple’s fourth child.

Ellen Pompeo Hanging Out Post Pregnancy

Everyone can relax! Ellen Pompeo, who recently had a baby with her husband Chris Ivery, has been spotted wearing a slightly midriff baring shirt around Los Angeles. Thank heavens she has not allowed herself to get too fat. I was very worried about that.

But really, I find it kind of ridiculous the way the rags watch these women when they are done having kids. If Ellen had been a little heavier, I’m sure there’d be an article about how she’d let herself go. The lady just had a baby less than two months ago! Like Chris Chrocker says, leave Ellen alone!

And yes, in case you’re wondering, Ellen has gone back to work on Grey’s Anatomy, along with her fellow new mommy co-star Katherine Heigl, who just adopted a Korean baby she named Nanleigh. I wonder when we will get to see pictures of Stella?

Evangeline Lilly Will Gift The World With Her Genetic Heirlooms

LOST actress Evangeline Lilly, formerly an advocate of adoption for environmental reasons, has now changed her tune. While previously she thought the planet was overpopulated and we should adopt children that already exist, she’ll now treat herself and “allow” herself the indulgence of one mini-Evangeline. But all other children will be adopted, lest they wreck the planet anymore. She says:

“I have always wanted to have a child of my own and I will always want to go through the gift that women have been given to experience that, so I hope to be a mother at some point. I think I can allow myself one child – and from then on, I think I would have to adopt. It makes sense not to add to the population problem.”

Evangelline has been dating her co-star Dominic Monaghan since 2004. With the final season of LOST looming on the horizon for 2010, this is probably a good time for Evangeline to start that family while she is temporarily unemployed once LOST is done. Especially when the actress has said publicly that she hates fame and being recognized. This will be the perfect time for her to gain a ton of weight and become unrecognizable!

CelebTots Halloween Spectacular!

Lots of celebs and thier kids were photographed over the weekend taking their kids trick or treating. Let’s have a look at some of my favorites:

You can’t tell but James Gandolfini was actually dressed up as Homer Simpson. He took his mask off for a few photos. You can kind of see it tucked into his arm in this photo. His son went a little scarier.

Luckiest bloke alive Gavin Rossdale did not dress up, but naturally his clothes loving wife Gwen did! She’s dressed up as Raggedy Ann ( I think) and Zuma is dressed up as a dinosaur. I’m loving Gwen’s tote bag covered in skulls. Always stylish, no matter what!

Christina Aguilera dressed up in an indentical costume to her son Max, both as skeletons! I’m happy Christina decided not to do the usual girl thing and become a “sexy” skeleton. A few years ago, that would have been her thing, but not anymore.

These were of course, only some of the celeb kid Halloween photos I was able to track down. What were your favorites?

Mercy Is So Happy To Be With Madonna

Madonna broke new ground on an orphanage in Malawi this week, the Raising Malawi Academy, and took her little darlings with her. I absolutely adore this photo of Mercy, with her cute purse, and sunglasses. Given she’s from Malawi and Madonna in no uncertain terms is giving her a life that is 1 million percent more privileged than she ever could have had in her home land, she reminds me a bit of the old Dave Chappelle joke. She’s totally saying “I’m rich, bee-otch!” in this photo. Or she could be singing along to “Birthday Sex.” Either or, really.

Jenna Elfman Lets Life Imitate Her TV Show

Actress Jenna Elfman is currently starring in the new CBS show, “Accidentally On Purpose” about a movie critic who gets pregnant via a one-night stand and decides to keep the baby anyway. Seizing this opportunity, she’s also now pregnant in real life, which means Jenna won’t have to hide the lower half of her body while filming the show.

This will be her second child with actor Bodhi Elfman. She’s pictured here with her first son, Story Elias. She just announced that the new baby is a boy but won’t reveal her due date. However, she did tell E!Online that she’s 5 months along, so you know, use that brain and do some counting!

Michelle Williams Takes Matilda To School On Her Birthday

Unlike the photo of Liv Tyler and Milo, this photo of Michelle Williams and her daughter Matilda just makes me sad. It doesn’t help that Matilda is the spitting image of her late father, Heath Ledger. It’s been almost two years since Heath passed away, but knowing he left his little girl behind still chokes me up a bit. Today is Matilda’s birthday; I hope she is spending it having fun with her mom in Brooklyn.

Matilda, who will get her father’s posthumous Academy Award for The Dark Knight when she turns 18, has also had a trust fund established for her by her father’s co-stars in his last film, The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus.

Sarah Chalke Steps Out With Her Baby Bump

The adorable Sarah Chalke, best known for playing Dr. Elliot Reid on Scrubs, showed off her baby bump this week while just so happening to meet a friend for lunch in Los Angeles. What a coincidence, that all those photographers happened to be there! Sarah announced her pregnancy in August. This will be her first child with long-time fiancee, entertainment lawyer Jamie Afifi. Apparently, they’ve been engaged since 2006! Maybe this baby will be the push these two need to set a date? Dang, Sarah! That’s a long time to be engaged.

Kate Gosselin Is Over The Whole Marriage Thing

This just in from the Totally Obvious News Department: Kate Gosselin, who has publicly been through an extremely messy divorce from her ex, douche man-child Jon Gosselin, has publicly stated she’s not sure she’ll ever get married again. In a televised special where fans could ask questions, Kate responded to a fan asking if she ever wanted to tie the knot by yelling out “Bitch, you must be playin.”

Actually, she said “Really? Seriously? Do you really think now is a good time to be answering that?” But, she clarified she didn’t want to be alone, but may not be ready to wed again until she’s “73 1/2.” Kate’s totally been winning the media war with Jon Gosselin; a recent profile in Vanity Fair has proven that the former suburban mom is incredibly savvy and ambitious with her future goals. Make no mistake, everything Kate does is calculated and part of her strategy. It’s kind of awesome, minus that whole detrimental effect on her kids thing.
