This tip comes to us from Lori. Clayton Phillip Allison, 26, has finally been arrested and charged in the death of his 15-month old daughter, Jocelynn Renee Allison, which occurred in September of 2008 at an Alaskan hospital. She died from a traumatic brain injury.

As an infant, Jocelynn had been considered a ‘failure to thrive” baby. She had a lower than normal weight for her age, and her muscle development was poor, causing her to have trouble standing on her own. Clayton had trouble getting the baby to eat, so he began smacking her around some. He would slap her forehand and backhand, first causing her head to bounce off of the plastic tray, and then causing it to hit the side of the high chair. He said these slapping sessions got more forceful over time. Yeah….because we all know that the best way to encourage your child to eat is to slap them. I’ve never really thought about it, but I kind of doubt that slapping a child would help the child to eat. I imagine it would make the child’s face and head hurt and make it less likely to want to eat. That’s just my opinion, though.

The day the baby died, the sperm donor said he had been doing physical therapy with Jocelynn in the living room, while the mother was at work. Is that what they’re calling it now?!? Slapping = physical therapy. So, I guess punching your kid would be considered athletic training then, right? Clayton tried to convince authorities that the baby had fallen down a carpeted flight of stairs, but the doctors called him on his lies. She had blood around her brain, two dislocated vertebrae, and a bruised lung. How freakin’ hard do you have to hit a child in order to dislocate their vertebrae? The force of the blows must have been astounding in order to cause such damage.

The excuse the father is trotting out now is that the baby would refuse to eat, and would throw the food on the floor, making him feel like a failure as a father. So he did what all concerned and conscientious fathers do – he slapped her to make her stop throwing the food. No, wait….my mistake….good fathers love their kids, they don’t beat them to death. FYI – it wasn’t the refusal of food that made him a failure….it was the abuse and murder.

And why is it that the most vulnerable of the children are so often beaten to death because of their disabilities? She was killed because she wouldn’t eat….and now she will never get to eat again. This guy should be slapped every single time he is given anything to eat in prison. The entire time he’s trying to eat it. I bet he’ll lose some weight too.

Back in July I posted about the 8-year-old girl from Liberia, living in Phoenix, who was raped by a group of boys and shunned by her parents. Now her parents have been arrested on abuse charges.

The child abuse investigation was based on documented incidents from the Phoenix Police Department and numerous referrals to Arizona Child Protective Services dating to 2005.

Police said the parents, refugees from the West African nation, used sticks, wires and their fists to hit their young daughter.

Witnesses told CNN affiliate KTVK that the parents left their daughter wandering their apartment complex alone at night, begging for food.

Their arrests ciuldn’t have come soon enough.

29-year-old Jonathon Michael Miller was watching his girlfriend’s 5-year-old son while she was ‘away’. Miller and his cohort, 32-year-old Stephen Ray Dilley II, thought it would be funny if they scared the boy with an aerosol can and a Bic lighter. They allegedly called the boy out on to the porch and when the boy got to the door they unleashed a fireball from the spray can. The boy’s head caught on fire burning the left side of his face, nose, eyelid and ear.

That happened on a Friday. The boy didn’t receive medical treatment until the following Monday when we went to school.

According to a troopers’ affidavit filed in court, Miller told investigators he’s been trying to toughen the boy up and the best way to do it is to “scare the s–t out of them when they don’t see it coming.”

Asked why the child had not gotten treatment, Miller told investigators, “Why go make bills for yourself over little things,” according to the affidavit.

It gets better. The mother has another child with Dilley and has a restraining order against him yet he was living in a ‘motor home’ on the property.

The mother came home Sunday night and when learning about the boy’s injuries she tried overdosing on some psych meds. So she didn’t seek treatment for the boy either it seems. No word on where she was ‘away’ at either.

Apparently they can all be used as disciplinary tools……no, not really. But a Jamaican national residing in Cambridge, in the UK, thought that it would be OK to use these implements to keep the kids in line anyway. She has eight of them – children, I mean. You’d think if she hates kids so much, she would figure out what causes them and have that problem remedied. But no….she just keeps right on poppin’ ‘em out like a pez dispenser.

She was turned in by two of her own children who were finally terrified and terrorized enough to report the abuse to a teacher last year. This slag has been convicted on 18 charges. She would beat the children in the head with the meat mallet and garlic crusher, and brand them with the hot screwdriver. She also used belts and broken coat hangers to beat the children, and once slashed one of the children with a knife. One of the children admitted to considering suicide because of the way they were all treated.

Although social workers were first involved with the family as early as 1999, nothing was done for them until the report was made to the teacher in 2008. I won’t even go there. It makes me too sick – but y’all go ahead and have at it, OK?

The branding incident that involved one of her daughters has left permanent scarring on the girl’s thigh and buttocks. Then the incubator had the nerve to tell the authorities that the children made it all up. Were the scars on the thighs and buttocks imaginary too, I wonder? Stupid cow. The 12 and 14-year olds did all of the shopping and cooking while mum laid about on the sofa. Stuffing her fat cow face, no doubt.

When the authorities arrived to arrest her, there was also the obligatory nastiness in the house. One of the officers stated that, “The house was untidy and cluttered. It smelt and there were no, or very few, toys around.” There was also no food in the house and no sheets on the children’s beds. Why is THAT not surprising?

The abusive individual will be sentenced on December 7.

By ‘lessons’ I mean that they killed a child and the official ruling was that it was blunt force trauma to the abdomen. The little girl’s bowels were ruptured. Need I remind anyone reading this how painful a death that is? If you need any reminding, just go and read the Demontrell thread, I don’t have the stomach to type it all out again. Kayleigh Brianna Biggerstaff was only four years old when her DNA donors murdered her.

Apparently this is going to turn in to one of those he said/she said cases, where each animal tries to blame the other. You know – kind of like a pit bull blaming a doberman for eating the family cat. Sorry – I had to go there.

Kimberly Biggerstaff has several witnesses that will say Rico Benitez had a violent temper, and Benitez has found people who will say the same about Biggerstaff. No surprise there. The defense filings include a description of the testimony expected from each witness, and shows the ‘pattern’ of Kayleigh’s injuries over a period of time. Kimberley’s attorney is going to say that Benitez beat her and Kayleigh, and that he was a drug user. And testimony is also expected accusing the birth vessel of drug use. I see a “But I was afraaaaaaaaid of him,” defense coming on for this witch. Not sure what HIS defense strategy might be other than, “Didn’t do it. Nope. Wasn’t me.”, but I’m sure his attorney will come up with something just as amazing and entertaining as it is untrue.

There are many more details in the second article, but I will let you all go and read them for yourselves. I wanted to go ahead and get to the latest shenanigans being offered to the court by the slimey bottom dwelling scum-suckers……oops! I meant to say attorneys, there. It seems that after being turned down when they asked for a dismissal of all charges, the defense has argued to the judge that they have a right to know if their clients are being charged with causing death by neglect, or death by abuse. Just so you know the difference in this case – death by neglect would mean that the child was injured (presumably by someone other than themselves), and they didn’t seek medical treatment, thereby causing her demise; while death by abuse would mean that they actually delivered the killing blows, and were responsible for her death in that manner. I’ve got a GREAT idea! Why not charge them with both sets of circumstances, and thereby remove all doubt as to their guilt? Works for me! How bout y’all?

OK, I have to admit….every time I typed the name Biggerstaff in this story, I giggled a little. I have come up with SEVERAL interesting comments about her name, but I thought I’d give my readers first shot at it. That’s only fair – since I got the first shot at the attorneys. I like to share that way…..

Two naked toddlers riding on a big wheel in Hillsborough, Florida caught the attention of neighbors who notified police. The kids were pretty far from their home too. When police arrived on the scene they kept knocking on the door but no would answer.

They eventually let themselves in and they found alleged parents 22-year-old Xiomara Diaz and 23-year-old Rafael Ortiz “passed out”. I tried to find an article that said why they were passed out but I couldn’t find one so let your imagination run wild there.

What police also found was the usual house o’ filth complete with dog feces, no food, no beds for the kids and the like. The dogs were chihuahuas by the way.

The best part is that the Breeders tried blaming the kids for the mess.

“They made a statement to one of the deputies that the two small ones mess up things because they’re young and they’re into things,”

Really? Did the two small ones made the dogs crap all over the house and ate all the food and threw the beds out? There was a 3rd child in the house age 5.

All the kids and the dogs were removed from the house and Diaz and Ortiz were arrested on neglect charges.

The 51 year-old father was found on top of his dead 9 year-old son “Tommy”.  He told authorities: “He’s got the devil in him and you know it” … when he was taken into custody.

the boy’s mother/wife of Wolf suffered defensive wounds, but not life threatening.  She made at least two calls to 911, and ran to a neighbors house and pounded on the door.  The neighbor also called 911.

The attack looks to have started in the boy’s bedroom and continued into other parts of the home.

It is reported that a “friend” of the dealer describes the 9 month old as malnourished and without basic needs when the 23 year old mother brought her to the dealer. Police say the mother admitted to being a meth user but gave the baby to a drug dealer to protect her.   She didn’t feel like the baby was safe with her on the streets because was living on the streets and cars and homeless at the time.

She apparently gave the dealer a note stating she relinquished custody to her and also handed over her medicare card.

Police are continuing their investigation to determine if the baby girl was used as part of a drug deal.

Police are also looking to charges against the baby’s mother. She does have another child who is living with relatives out of state.

The drug dealer also has three other children. They are being cared for by family friends.

Sr. came to the house of Jr and his mother.  He hit Jr with a gun and ordered him to strip naked.  He then marched him to a vacant lot where he forced him to kneel and then he shot and killed him execution style.

Stacey Joanna Horace has finally been arrested after eluding authorities for two weeks.  Complaints were filed that Stacy was abusing her children.  One complaint said she held one of the children under water while spitting in his face, and threw urine on him.

Police have removed the scared and bruised children ranging from 10 months to 11 years and placed them in protective custody.  The tales the children tell are of  years of torture and abuse – and they have the wear and tear to show it.

Reports say:  Deputies arrested a 31-year-old woman on charges she used a variety of items, including a stun gun, hammer and belt, to discipline seven children, one less than a year old, during the last five years.

Debra Denise Chatman, 27, and her live-in abuser, William Tajahn Hurley, 23, have both been charged with malicious punishment of a child, and Chatman has also been charged with endangerment, in the beating of Chatman’s 10-year old son. Both articles refer to Hurley as the boy’s ‘dad’, but based on his age and the age of the child, I am betting that should have been ’step-dad’.

These two sorry examples of the bipedal mammalian species called ‘human’, began their torture session with the boy by beating him with a belt and burning him with a hot iron. When the child ran and hid under the bed, the male animal threatened to kill him if he refused to come out.

When the terrified child came out, he tried to escape by running from the apartment, screaming loudly. His horrible incubator then dragged him back into the apartment, where Hurley began beating him again – this time with an extension cord. It was at this point that the boy once again got out of Hurley’s grasp, and tried to hide in the oven. Did the egg donor then try to protect her son, I ask you? No. She turned on the freakin’ oven. With her own child inside. What a slag.

Chatman at first tried to blame Hurley for turning on the oven, but later admitted that she was the one who had done it. All he did was burn the boy with a hot iron. Oh. OK. That makes it alright, then. Not.

When police arrived, you would think that the idiot (pseudo)adults would have left off beating the boy….but no. They were apparently not that smart. Big surprise there, right? The 23-year old sex toy allegedly threatened, in front of of the responding officers, to beat the child again. He had to be restrained by the officers.

The mother stated that though the man wasn’t actually the bio-dad of her son, he was the primary ‘father-figure’, and would discipline the boy when he acted out against her. Wait a minute……isn’t that supposed to be HER job? As the mother?

Now, what, you may ask, was the initial cause of this beating? Not that anything the child did could justify such abuse, but you would at least think that the child must have done something pretty heinous, right? Maybe he set the living room on fire, or wrecked the family car while out joyriding? Or maybe he kicked the family pet a few times, or slapped his mom (obviously somebody should have)? Noooooo…….he was beaten because he went into his mother’s bedroom, and Hurley didn’t like that. What?!? Because he went into the bedroom? Did he smoke up all of their crack that was in there, or interrupt them in the middle of a sexual frenzy? He went into a bedroom, and got beaten, burned, and almost baked for it? My head spins.

I do have the right to post my opinion – free speech and all that jazz. She DOES look like a goat to me – uglier than most goats I’ve seen, but goat-like, nonetheless.
We are not news reporters here. In case you haven’t noticed, this is a crime blog, not Newsweek or Time Magazine. If you want complete objectivity and nothing but the facts, get a subscription to one of those magazines, and leave this site alone. It will never give you what you are looking for.

And…if it’s just MY views in particular that you don’t like….well, that’s just too bad. Sucks to be you….don’t it?

Crazy mother

This story was originally posted by Zero boss here, and updated by him here at a later date. It happened back in 2006, but it seems that the murdering psychopath has just now been sentenced for her crimes……although ’sentenced’ in this case is a joke, as far as I’m concerned.

I won’t go into great detail about all of the atrocities she inflicted on her 8 year old son, Raijon Daniels, before killing him, because Zeroboss did it so well that I really don’t think there is much more I can add. Please go to the links I have provided, and read what he wrote.

In a nutshell, little Raijon was abused over a long period of time – starved, locked up like an animal, tied to the bed, and made to lie in a tub full of his own waste and Pine-Sol, because he wet himself. The day he died, his incubator admitted to pouring Pine-Sol on his genitals.

She has been found not guilty by reason of insanity. What a freakin’ crock! The rules for her ‘incarceration’ are that she will be required to spend at least six months in a mental hospital, and could be there for the rest of her life. Notice I said “could”. I’m sure she’ll do what so many other murderers have done over the years – spend a few months on the crazy ward, be miraculously cured, and then be freed to kill again. This disgusts me. Crazy or not, cured or not, she should be required to remain locked up SOMEWHERE for the rest of her miserable life. Her son doesn’t get the chance to be ‘cured’ and live again….so why should she? The bile in the back of my throat is gagging me.

I don’t see how they could have come up with an insane defense anyway though, since her lawyers originally tried to ‘explain’ her reasons for treating him in such a subhuman manner. While her current attorney Robin Lipetzky, was not available for comment, a former attorney had argued that Moses was forced to take such ‘extreme measures’ because “Raijon often urinated and defecated on himself at home and at school, acted out and once ran away from home.” Really? I wonder why? Could it possibly be because the beat the crap out of him (defecation and urination on himself, anyone?), and was so mean that he wanted someone else to notice his plight (acting out, anyone?), and he didn’t want to live with such a horrible monster (running away, anyone?)

I imagine that just having to look at her face every day would have been enough to scare the piss out of him. I would have run away too.

I love Texas. To paraphrase a comedian I once heard (whose name escapes me now) – ‘While every other state in the union is trying to abolish the death penalty – Texas has installed an express lane’, and from what I have seen lately, their express lane is used frequently. None of that 20-30 years on death row, filing appeal after appeal…..they go from conviction to sentencing, to administration of the sentence, in much less time than most other states. Let’s hope that holds true with Miller as well.

I originally posted about this story here. Demontrell Miller was convicted in the beating death of his girlfriend’s 2-year old son, and has now been sentenced to death by lethal injection. I think that is much too good a death for him, considering the pain he put little Kelynn through while he was murdering the child…… but since the government has to follow guidelines, and prevent ‘cruel and unusual punishment’ (who was looking out for little Kelynn’s rights though, I ask you?), I guess this method of extermination is better than letting him live to kill other children.

I am not going to go into detail about the comments made by the DA or the defense attorney, because you all can go to the link and read them for yourself. I would like to point out though, that the DA made some comments about Miller’s appearance, because (I guess) the defense attorney was trying to say that he coould not be capable of such a heinous crime, because he looked so ‘normal’. The DA said, “And, I don’t care if he’s mannerable or not. That’s what makes him a monster. That’s what makes him sinister. He’s a baby killer.” I have to agree with her. If all baby killers looked like monsters, how much easier it would be to keep them away from our precious children! The fact that they look so ‘normal’ and have such good ‘manners’ is what makes them so freakin’ dangerous! We can’t see through the mask they wear, until they have taken one of our most precious people from us. Our babies.

The father also wrote a victim impact statement, in which he called Miller a coward. Which is exactly what he IS, in my opinion. A coward. And a killer.

I’m sure that the defenders he had cropping up on the original story will make an appearance here on this story as well, to tell us all how he was wrongly convicted. And I’m equally as certain that our regular readers will put them in their place with admirable dispatch.
