In a statement, Nicole said she fears for her life and worries about the safety of her children: “I am fearful that this continued presence may cause yet another accident, this time with my infant children in the vehicle.”

Instead of being relieved that Nicole can feel safe and secure again, news outlets are focusing on the fact Nicole’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, referred to Joel as Nicole’s husband and Nicole did not correct him. That so totally must mean they are secretly married! Tabs, you need to lighten up. I sometimes refer to my boyfriend as my husband in certain more formal situations where boyfriend seems juvenile and inappropriate. I’m sure Nicole and Joel do that as well. It’s not a big deal.

The line will be available in Spring 2010 and it features forty pieces including dresses, blouses, tunics, jackets and more. “The collection is inspired by timeless prints and shapes; beautiful paisley and florals that have been vintage washed and some have been over-dyed for that classic feel,” the press release states.

The line is very Nicole. You can see her personal style in every piece. It’s fairly affordable as well, so I’m excited to get a few pieces!
