Celebration of Babies is an event that recognizes celebrities who recently had children and are role models committed to the March of Dimes mission. March of Dimes is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of babies.

Nicole wore a gorgeous brown maxidress, pairing it with Louboutins and a small quilted Chanel clutch. I love this look, but can’t figure out what’s going on with Nicole’s hair. It’s been like this for a while. The cut is great, but is she growing out the color? I’m sure she’s too busy taking care of Harlow and Sparrow to do anything about it, so I should let it slide!

This prompted both PopSugar and Star to question if Nicole really did get married a few weeks ago.

Both Nicole and Joel denied the rumors, with Joel going as far as twittering “NO we didn’t get married.” This ring could easily be a promise ring or just something Nicole is doing to mess with the paparazzi. Wither way, it strikes me as odd to don a ring that will clearly be mistaken for a wedding ring after all these rumors. What do you think?
