Hugh Grant Is Ready To Have Your Baby

I’m so glad Hugh Grant, what originated my love of awkward men, is finally ready to settle down and have a family. Our children will be a gorgeous mix of Dominican and British and I will write films for him where we fall in love over and over again. He tells Parade magazine that while he does want kids, he believes he’d have a ton of nannies, which is my thought exactly! More time for us to spend time on the French Riviera.

Ten years ago, I wouldn’t have thought about having children at all. But now I have so many nephews and nieces and cousins and godchildren, I like the thought. But that’s on the basis that I can leave after 10 minutes. I don’t know what it would be like 24 hours a day. I think I’d have a lot of nannies.”

If you’re worried Hugh was going to die alone and childless, never fear, he also tells Parade he has hope that one day he’ll have kids and that he’ll be a good dad! And he also already has thoughts on “smothering” parents despite having no children of his own:

“If you have a smothering parent, the effect it can apparently have on a child is to give them, in equal doses, a sense of too much self-esteem, because they are mummy’s little princess or prince, and low self-esteem. It affects future relationships. You want to repeat this smothering thing, and you are very adept at bringing people in to love you, love you, and as soon as they get close enough, you push them away. Then you bring them back and push them away again. You can go on torturing people like that for ages.”

Heidi Klum Is A Hot Momma At Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show

Despite the fact that she is now disgusting and obese now that she’s gained 20 pounds from the recent birth of her baby, Lou Samuel, Heidi Klum still managed to walk in the Victoria’s Secret fashion show last Friday. She obviously did not go out in her underwear (think of our eyes!), but instead walked out in uh, she walked out in this:

Tight, short and black was the thought at the after party. She needs to prove she can still work it like all the 19 year old models hanging out and she totally does. I think she looks hot and curvy, and I’m glad she didn’t shy away from such a revealing dress. There’s not many women who can give birth and look like this 5 weeks later.

Nicole Richie Hospitalized For Pneumonia

Well, this isn’t very good news: Nicole Richie, who’d been complaining of being sick on her Twitter account earlier this week, admitted herself to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles yesterday. Her rep says she’s “responding well” to treatment.

Joel Madden, who may or may not be her husband (TMZ says they are not though they refer to each other as husband and wife), has remained quiet on the matter on his Twitter, instead re-tweeting a bunch of links. Everyone deals in their own way, but it seems weird that he wouldn’t mention Nicole being sick on his account. Nicole just got a restraining order against two paparazzi photographers who slammed into her car in October. The order expires in 2012.

No One On The Corner Has Swagger Like Pierce Brosnan

Pierce and Paris Brosnan were out chilling like two cool dudes in Los Angeles earlier this week, which is to be expected considering Pierce is James Bond (to me, anyway. There is no other). He was cool and collected as a fan asked for a handshake while Paris stood back and let Dad take care of business.

Jenna Elfman Enjoys Food, Film At 11

Here’s a surprising revelation: food tastes good! Here’s another: pregnant women may enjoy food more than most people. I just blew your mind, right!? Jenna Elfman recently told a reporter on a red carpet that she “likes stuffing food down her face” now that the initial cravings of pregnancy are gone. Not to worry, she’s still hitting the treadmill “three times a week.” Whew! I was concerned there for a second.

Besides hitting the buffet, Jenna’s been busy working on her sitcom “Accidentally On Purpose.” Zap To It reported a few days ago that CBS ordered 5 additional episodes of the new show, which coincidentally, features a pregnant lead.

Jennifer Garner Is Not Happy To See You Today

If I wanted to, I could make this blog all Jennifer Garner all the time. She is photographed like, every minute of every day. The price of fame! Yesterday the paps were particularly on her case, following her as she took Violet to school and carried Seraphina while she did her errands. By the time this photo was taken, Jen was not happy. Would it kill Ben Affleck to show up once in a while? I feel bad for her, it always seems like Jennifer is so into being a mom and Ben is not so into it.

Celine Dion Rumored To Have Suffered A Miscarriage

Well, this is sad news: singer Celine Dion’s people announced today that the singer, who announced her second pregnancy in August, is now no longer pregnant. The statement says Celine and her husband Rene will continue to try.

Celine’s been long-rumored to have fertility problems and the couple used IVF to conceive not only this last pregnancy but their first child, 5 year old Rene-Charles. Rene told Canadian paper Journal de Montreal that they are “full of confidence” and Celine is “more determined than ever” to have a baby.
