Evangeline Lilly ‘Cool Water’ Interview
Evangeline Lilly chats about seeing her first Cool Water advertisement. As a teenager she wasn’t into stars, didn’t have any magazine clippings on her wall, etc. But she took the Cool Water ad and pinned it on her wall. “Of all the things you see out there in the media, that to me is the epitome of feminine beauty. It’s natural, and it’s really got a pure sort of essence to it, and yet at the same time it’s so sensual and it’s so sexy and feminine.”
Evangeline then got the call saying that she got the Cool Water endorsement. She was very flattered but felt she couldn’t do it because she didn’t see herself as that sensual woman, and also feels that she’s prudish in real life.
The shot took place in Antigua and Evangeline was freezing the whole time! “It was beautiful the whole time,” she says though. And she called Josh Holloway (fellow Cool Water star) and they talked about the campaign.
