McPhee and Sparks on July 4th Celebration
American Idol season 6 winner, Jordin Sparks, and season 5 runner-up, Katharine McPhee, performed at Macy’s Fourth of July special. Jordin sang “One Step At a Time” and at the end of the night, Kat performed “Save the Last Dance For Me.” I was definitely not a fan of what Jordin was wearing, but I thought both her’s and Katharine’s performances were great! What did you guys think of their performances?

Katharine’s performance was average at best. with all the side noise and the fireworks, her voice fluttered at times.Without Katharine McPhee being sexily dressed there is NO future for her.Since the wedding to the old man she has not posed in a sexy fashion anymore and that is her only draw.Jordin Sparks looked like she is losing some of her babyfat and developing a figure

I thought Jordin’s outfit was awful and it looks like she needs to start watching her weight a bit. However she sings beautifully.
Kat is gorgeous and except for the orchestra being too loud she did fine. With David Foster backing her she’ll have a fine future.

I thought Jordan did a great job and I actually liked her outfit. I realize it was a bit crazy, but I liked it. I may have similar oddities in my own closet though. She is a fantastic singer and seems really sweet. I am normally a cynical person and I find her sweet. Katharine wasn’t great - although it could have been the competing noises.

There is surely no future for a troll like pattispage in the soothsayer business!!Her dire predictions are totally off the wall!
Being obsessed with Kat,Nick and sex kinda distorts one’s concept of reality….

once again, jordin’s amazing. i can’t wait to go to her concert (: i don’t care what she looks like, i respect her for “embracing her curves”. she’s a perfect role model to me. and, she’s beautiful.
