This week’s Beach notes is a little different and will add to Liz’s 25 words group writing project. I wrote one yesterday that I was going to put here and then decided to put it over at The Abundance Highway


These 3 Words have the power to change how you feel, whether negative or the positive.

3 Small Words

Don’t, Not and No

Zap my energy

So when I catch

Myself saying

Don’t Not and No

I ask Myself

So what do I want?

    Hi Suzie - that is brilliant. And it’s a good reminder that when we do come up against negative words, we can still choose how we respond to them.

    Okay, not three words, but it IS three lines. :)

    And I like Cath’s response. You can’t change the past (the negative words you might hear) but you can certainly choose how the future unwinds (your reaction).

    @ Cath Thank you, it’s a tool of my new LOA business that I sometimes forget and had done so last week, so thought o would share here and be good for Liz’ project.

    @ Barbara I like your analysis. So right you can’t change the past,and you can start to observe it briefly rather than dwell on what might have been. Yes we can chose our future. Life is so much better when I choose the positive
